US M1910 Canvas Cover for WWII Repro Canteen

Our US M1910 Canvas Canteen Cover WWII is a reproduction of The canteen cover M-1910 which had a canvas outer layer and is stamped US. Our Canteen cover comes with an insulated liner made of dark grey felt. Two Lift the Dot fasteners attach the flaps to the front of the cover, holding the canteen securely inside. In the summer, soldiers could keep the liner wet as the evaporation helped cool the canteen. In the cold winter, the dry insulation helped keep the water from freezing.
