1796 Pattern British Infantry Sword – Folding Guard

This replica of the British 1796 Infantry Officers sword has a blade of tempered high carbon steel which is etched with the sigils and symbology of the British Crown on both sides. The blade is securely mounted into a hilt of brass with a grip of silver-plated copper wire. Half of the guard is hinged and can be folded for easier wear against the hip. Included with the sword is a leather scabbard with embellished brass hardware.
