The British 1821 Light Cavalry Sword has a blade crafted from EN45 high carbon steel. The guard and hilt are steel and the grip is wood with leather and steel wire. The black felt tab fitted atop the guard at the base of the blade can be removed. The scabbard and its hanging rings are crafted from steel.
