Brass Hilt Roman Gladius

This Roman Gladius has a blade of tempered high carbon steel and a hilt of brass. The grip is wood with brass spacers. The sword is matched with a wooden scabbard which is bound in leather and completed with brass fittings and brass hanging rings.
