Feel Good Yoga DVD is a combination of Hatha yoga postures, Kundalini exercises, and kriyas (breath exercises), followed by relaxation, meditation, and conscious long deep breathing. This program is divided into two 38 minute segments, if you prefer shorter workouts, and is for all levels-Beginners through Advanced. Shari Havasi became a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor after practicing many different styles of yoga for twenty years. This was the first style of yoga that produced immediate and tangible results as she began to recognize her own "higher potential" as a teacher.
