Our Celtic Triskele Shirt is a Drop Yoke Shirt with a professionally Embroidered Celtic Triskele on the front. Made of soft light muslin this full medieval shirt can be worn by men or women. This shirt comes with a flattering collar and the long sleeves have an elastic wrist for ease of wear. The shirt is long to hip length and is simply a gorgeous shirt, quite at home in either Medieval, Renaissance or LARP events.
The triskele or triple spiral is an early Celtic and pre-Celtic symbol found on a number of Megalithic and Neolithic sites. Believed to be an ancient symbol of pre-Celtic and Celtic beliefs, the Triskle appears in various forms in pre-Celtic and Celtic art, usually carved on stone monuments, and later examples in Celtic Christian illuminated manuscripts.
