During the middle ages the town of Hungerford in England was known for its armoury. Our Hungerford Halberd is named after an original Halberd made at this armoury. This Halberd is made from hand forged carbon steel and is attached to the hardwood haft with a socket at the top. This Halberd, although more ornate incorporates the Axe blade, Spear point and Beak found on typical medieval Halberds.
