Persian Kard With Damascus Blade
Ref: 400076
The Persian Kard With Damascus Blade was used as a utility knife, weapon and status symbol and favored by the higher ranking nobility. Popular in Persia and throughout the Middle East, this is a splendid example made with the same care and methods as the originals. Blade is 512 layer Damascus steel, with nickel silver bolster and pommel. The grip is camel bone. The sheath is hardened leather and accepts the knife well past the blade so that half of the hilt is hidden. Comes with scabbard.
